The sleek, modern decor of W Rome, with its stylish furnishings and ambient lighting, creates a sophisticated yet comfortable setting perfect for a leisurely brunch. The attractive garden and comfortable cocktail bar shared with the hotel add to the charm.

Iconic dishes such as the spaghetto taratatà (with a tuna and bottarga sauce), the caponada, and the carpacci are highly recommended, as are desserts such as the reinterpreted millefoglie.

Under the guidance of Head Chef Ciccio Sultano and Executive Chef Nicola Zamperetti, the skillful and passionate culinary team at Giano combines fresh, flavorful ingredients to craft iconic dishes that transport you.
